Terms of Service — VettedArc

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using any VettedArc template, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our products.

2. Nature of Products

VettedArc sells digital products — PDF template kits. These are delivered as downloadable files after purchase. All sales are final.

Because digital goods cannot be returned once downloaded, we do not offer refunds on completed downloads. See our Refund Policy for full details.

3. License & Permitted Use

When you purchase a VettedArc template, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that template for your own business purposes.

You may:

Edit, customize, and use the template for your own client onboarding processes
Use the template with your own branding and modifications
Use it as many times as you like for your own business

Personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, share, or sublicense the template files — in original or modified form — to anyone else. That includes giving it to a colleague, posting it on a marketplace, or including it in a bundle or subscription service.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Resell or redistribute the template in any form
Claim the template as your own original work
Use the template to train AI models or machine learning systems
Remove copyright or attribution notices
Use the template in any way that violates applicable law

5. Intellectual Property

All templates, their structure, copy, and design are the intellectual property of VettedArc. This agreement does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property to you — only the right to use it as described above.

VettedArc and the VettedArc logo are trademarks. You may not use our branding in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement without written permission.

6. Payments

All payments are processed through Stripe. VettedArc does not store your payment information. Prices are listed in USD and include applicable fees.

If a payment is disputed or charged back through your bank or payment provider, we reserve the right to suspend access to the purchased content and pursue reasonable remedies.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The templates are provided as-is without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

VettedArc is not liable for:

Any business loss, lost revenue, or indirect damages arising from use of the templates
Errors in template content — you are responsible for reviewing and customizing templates for your specific use
Failures caused by third-party platforms (Stripe, hosting providers, email services)

In any event, VettedArc's total liability under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific template in question.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VettedArc from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the templates or your violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. If a dispute arises, we will attempt to resolve it in good faith. If resolution is not possible, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update. Continued use of our products after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
