Refund Policy

What happens if something goes wrong with your purchase.

Our Policy at a Glance

Digital Products — All Sales Final

Because our products are digital downloads that cannot be \"returned\" once downloaded, we do not offer refunds after a download has been completed. This is standard practice for digital goods.

Exceptions Available

If you receive a corrupted file, the wrong product, or experience a technical error on our end, we will fix it or issue a replacement — fast.

When We'll Issue a Refund or Replacement

We will process a refund or send a corrected file if:

  • File is corrupted — cannot be opened or is visibly broken
  • Wrong template delivered — you received a different product than the one you purchased
  • Technical error on our end — download failed repeatedly, payment was charged but no link was sent, etc.
  • Duplicate charge — you were charged twice for the same product

In most cases, a replacement download is faster than a refund. We will always offer a replacement first if the issue is fixable.

When We Cannot Offer a Refund

We cannot offer refunds if:

  • You've downloaded the file — once a digital file is downloaded, we have no way to reclaim it
  • You changed your mind — the product didn't meet your expectations after purchase
  • You didn't read the description — if the product is exactly as described but you expected something different
  • You purchased the wrong template — please check the template descriptions on our site before purchasing

Before purchasing: We offer free sample downloads for all templates. Please download and preview the free sample to confirm the template suits your needs before purchasing the full kit.

How to Request Support

If something is wrong with your order, we're here to help. Here's what to do:

    Email us with your order details Include the email address used for purchase, the product name, and a description of the issue. Email: vettedarc@polsia.app

    We respond within 1 business day We check every support request personally and aim to reply within 24 hours on weekdays.
  3. 3
    We resolve the issue Replacement download, refund, or clarification — whichever is appropriate for the situation.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds, when issued, are processed by Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

VettedArc does not store your payment information. If you have a billing dispute or need a charge reversed through your bank, please contact us first — we'll do our best to resolve it directly before a formal chargeback becomes necessary.

Changes to This Policy

This policy is effective as of the date shown above. If we change our refund policy, we will update this page. Purchases made before a policy change are subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
