How VettedArc collects, uses, and protects your information.
1. Information We Collect
When you purchase a template or sign up for updates, we collect:
- Email address — used to send your download link and any purchase receipt. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. VettedArc never sees or stores your credit card number, bank account, or billing address. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment processing.
- Purchase history — what template you bought and when. This is stored to enable download links and customer support.
We do not collect browsing data, location data, device identifiers, or any data beyond what is necessary to deliver your purchase.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used only for:
- Fulfilling your order and sending your download link
- Emailing a purchase receipt
- Responding to customer support requests
- Sending product update notifications if you have explicitly opted in
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
VettedArc uses the following third-party services:
- Stripe — processes all payments. When you pay, you interact directly with Stripe's servers. Your payment data never touches our servers. Stripe Privacy Policy →
- Polsia — our hosting and analytics platform. It may record basic server request data (IP address, user agent) for service reliability purposes.
4. Cookies
VettedArc does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. We may use essential session cookies for site functionality (e.g., form submission), but these are minimal and not used for advertising or tracking.
5. Data Retention
We retain your email and purchase record for as long as your account is active and for up to 3 years after your last activity, or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time — see Section 7 below.
6. Data Security
Your data is protected by standard industry measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure payment processing via Stripe, and access controls on our servers. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure, but we follow industry best practices to protect your information.

You have the right to:
- Know what data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Opt out of non-essential communications at any time

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):
- Right to Know — You may request what personal information we collect, use, and share about you.
- Right to Delete — You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to Correct — You may request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing — We do not sell or share your personal information. You may opt out of any future sale by contacting us.
- Right to Non-Discrimination — We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Include your email address and a description of what you are requesting. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days.
8. Do Not Sell My Personal Information
VettedArc does not sell your personal information to third parties. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and provide a clear opt-out mechanism. To opt out of any potential future sale of your data, contact us at vettedarc@polsia.app.
9. Changes to This Policy
If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update the effective date and post the revised policy here. If the changes are significant, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email.
